Ankita Dave is a yoga instructor and author. She is also a professional blogger and the co-host of The Three Levels of Self-Awareness (TLSOA) podcast. The show explores self-awareness and self-care in a variety of ways.

Ankita has been a vocal supporter of the Yoga for Wellness movement since it was launched in 2012. She’s also helped raise funds for the foundation and continues to be involved with the group.

The podcast is where she interviews fellow teachers as well as yoga gurus and yogis about their teaching styles, philosophy, and life. Ankita is also the creator and editor of the popular YouTube channel, Ankita’s Yoga.

One of the most popular videos Ankita has shared with her followers has been the Yoga With An Ankita. She also has a number of videos on her YouTube channel that she shares with her followers.

I’ve been a fan of Yoga With Ankitas for years, and I’ve always been able to find her videos quickly. I recently watched an interview with her on the TV show “Mornings on Normal,” where she shared how one of her yoga class instructors had helped her through a difficult period in her life. She also shared with us, her thoughts on the importance of yoga in the modern world.
