Eat until you have nothing left? That might be the only way to eat all day sometimes.
I know there are some things that can be done to prevent over-eating, but if your mind is constantly eating, you might be looking at a few problems. The first is that you might be overeating because you cant stop eating. The second is that you might be overeating because youre overworking your body and mind. The last is that you might be overeating because youve got a few extra pounds to lose, and you dont know what you are doing.
