In my blog, I often share my thoughts on topics that interest me. This time, I decided to write about the three levels of self-awareness.
My point is that any person can be aware of their own routines and habits, but only a person with self-awareness can truly become self-aware. If you can’t even recognize your own thoughts and actions, then the idea of self-awareness is just kind of meaningless for you.
I’m going to give you a quick reality check. You can’t become self-aware if you’re not aware of your own actions. Self-awareness is an awareness of the way our thoughts and actions affect us. If, for example, you’re not aware of what happened to Colt Vahn, then you can’t be self-aware. But if you were to become self-aware, you would have to become aware of the events that have affected your life.

We often think that if we can get a piece of paper or a pencil, we can be able to write an essay, or that if we can see an image, we can be able to paint. All of these are wrong. We are not capable of painting or writing an essay. We can only be aware of ourselves as we are.
Well, not only is self-awareness a concept that we can be aware of, it’s also a process that we are capable of. To be able to think about our actions, we have to be able to be aware of the thoughts and feelings that we are experiencing. For example, if you were on a roller coaster, you’d probably think that you were on a roller coaster. If you were on a cruise ship, you’d probably think that you were on a cruise ship.
The process of awareness is what makes self-awareness possible. Once you realize that you are aware, we can begin to understand how what we are doing is affecting our thoughts and emotions.
In a way, this is the most important aspect of self-awareness since it is, after all, what makes us us. By constantly being aware of our thoughts and emotions, we can develop the ability to see what is happening around us and what we can do in this situation to protect us. There are many situations where this is especially important.
The most important thing is to know when to stop. This is one of the most common mistakes people make. They allow themselves to get to that point where they feel relaxed and comfortable. They let their mind drift into the pleasant-but-worrisome-ness of their current situation, and they think, “Hey, I should just relax and let these events unfold like I planned.” I can tell you from experience that this is a mistake.
