Why are plugins used?
A plugin is a piece of software that acts as an add-on to a web browser and gives the browser additional functionality. The plugin can allow a web browser to display additional content it was not originally designed to display.
What are Some Examples of the plugin?
Examples include Yoast SEO, WPRocket, and Woocommerce. You can think of them like Extensions for Google Chrome.
The browser will work without an extension, but it is nice to be able to expand the functionality of the browser.
We limited the number of 3rd Party Plugins to ensure that the website will continue to look great and–more importantly–work great on our WordPress-based sites.
We find this provides the best experience and the benefit of guaranteed compatibility and full support when working with themes.
